He orchestrates comprehensive strategies to leverage engagement with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, Los Angeles City Council, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to ensure that SCE safely delivers affordable, reliable, and functional electric services. David graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. With a passion for community impact and outreach, David has a drive to excel in every endeavor he takes on.
