Deirdre Moore

Deirdre Moore is an arts integration specialist, educator, and program manager with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and arts education. She holds a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Saint Joseph and an M.Ed. in Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley University. Based in San Diego, Deirdre serves as Program Manager for Arts Education Connection San Diego, where she oversees multi-week artist residencies and professional learning for educators and teaching artists. She partners with schools to leverage the arts as a catalyst for student engagement, equitable access, and academic growth. Deirdre’s background in performing arts and her deep experience as a former teacher in classrooms throughout New England and San Diego County makes her a strategic, collaborative partner in advancing arts-rich school transformation.
